Choice of employer is more important in the post-COVID environment than ever before. Especially for healthcare workers, it's important that we choose an employer that aligns with our own value system, will support and encourage our personal and professional development, and that will bring us fulfillment for years to come.

Along my journey to nursing, my decision to shift my life focus has been reaffirmed almost daily, in spite of the struggles that naturally line the path and those bonus barriers that the universe threw in! I’ve been able to connect with countless individuals— patients, coworkers, teachers, classmates, managers, and administrators— in ways I haven’t been able to connect with others ever before.
